Scope: The consultancy services include technical assistance and construction supervision works for the Sirnak Wastewater Treatment Plant Project. The aim is to provide Technical Assistance to Şırnak Municipality administrative and technical capacity building, modernisation of the Water Utility Department, and assisting the Municipality in setting up and operating an efficient water and wastewater department. The scope includes provision of supervision services for construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant according to FIDIC Yellow Book.
