Tamer TUNCER
Mr. Tamer Tuncer is the founding partner of ART Çevre Teknolojileri. He completed his undergraduate education at METU Environmental Engineering in 1987 and completed his master’s degree on the treatment of fluorinated wastewater at METU Environmental Engineering Department in 1989. With 36 years of experience, he continues to work on the preparation, supervision, master plan and feasibility stages of water supply – wastewater collection and treatment projects in various national and international projects.
Ahmet UYANIK
Ahmet Uyanık is an Environmental Engineer and graduated from METU Environmental Engineering Department in 1987. ART Environmental Technologies Ltd. He has been working as a Senior Design Engineer at the company since 2011. He has over 36 years of professional experience as a senior design engineer and project manager on infrastructure projects in the water/wastewater sector. He continues to work on the preparation, supervision, master plan and feasibility stages of water supply – wastewater collection and treatment projects in various national and international projects.
Bahar Alev DUMLUPINAR
She graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Environmental Engineering in 1991. She has 30 years of experience in internationally and locally financed projects such as preparation of Master Plans, Feasibilities, Terms of Reference (ToR) and Tender Documents, design, construction phases (FIDIC), commissioning and operation of municipal drinking water treatment plants. She also has 10 years of experience in the procurement of internationally and locally funded projects (EU, AfD), such as preparation of tender documents, administrative and technical evaluation of ToR and tenders as an evaluator and observer in the procurement process of various infrastructure and technical assistance projects.
Senem IŞIK KAZAZ
Senem Işık Kazaz graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering in 2003. She took part in the coordination of many local and international projects from the tender stage to the completion stage. In her professional business life, she has gained experience in different sectors such as manufacturing, construction, commodity and engineering services. She has 20 years of experience in business development, preparation and evaluation of tender documents, and project and contract management.
Rukiye BÜYÜKDEMİRCİ
She graduated from Kırıkkale University, Department of Civil Engineering in June 2006. She has 17 years of Civil Engineering technology and his distribution subjects are Hydraulic Structures, Transportation Design, Design of Hydraulic Structures to Prevent Flood Damages Caused by Floods and Natural Disasters, Water Resources Management Planning and Design. She works as a Project Manager in domestic and international, internationally and locally financed Water Resources Management, Planning and Design projects.
Burak TUNCER
Burak Tuncer received his undergraduate degree from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Rochester in 2017 and his master’s degree from the Department of Earth and Environmental Engineering at Columbia University in 2018. He has been working on domestic and international, internationally and locally financed drinking water and wastewater treatment facility projects for 5 years.
Gökçen ÖZKAPLAN
She graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1998, with a master’s degree from Gazi University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Accounting in 2002, and with an associate degree from Anadolu University, Department of Photography and Videography in 2012. In 2005, she was entitled to receive the Independent Accountant and Financial Consultant (SMMM) certificate. She has 17 years of Accounting and Finance Expertise experience.
Didem KUZU
She graduated from Çukurova University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Landscape Architecture in 2011. She has more than 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with expertise in the design of hydraulic structures, environmental planning, and GIS. She has worked as a GIS specialist and landscape architect in the design and planning of wastewater treatment plants, stormwater and wastewater collection and water supply system projects, pond/dam projects, and other hydraulic structures, both in Turkey and abroad, within the scope of internationally and locally financed projects.
Sümer OKAN
He graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Environmental Engineering in 2011. He has 12 years of experience in internationally and locally financed projects such as sewage and drinking water networks, transmission and promotion lines, wastewater and drinking water treatment plants, pumping centers, clean water tanks, deep sea discharges, and feasibility reports.
